Sydney Hot Rod Show 2007
30th June - 1st July 2007
This year the club was represented by five members, namely:
Neil Baker - 1932 Ford Coupe
Tom Dennerley - 1934 Ford Coupe
Tony Godber - 1923 Ford T Bucket
Glen Kinsela - 1932 Ford Coupe
John Read - 1937 Ford Sedan
Tom set up his car in an individual display having been selected in the Maguires Top Ten last year. The other cars were placed in our club display which took on a new look with our updated lighting, etc.
The show itself was well supported and there were a lot of top quality vehicles on display. The very high standard made it difficult to earn an award trophy, however, three club cars did have some success.
Tony Godber got 4th T Bucket, Glen Kinsela was awarded the "Coolest Ride" trophy, and John Read got Top Sedan in the Hot Rod category.
